Collegiate Moores

Wednesday Chad and I started school at Utah Valley University here in Orem, Utah.
I haven't been in school for about 2 1/2 years and for Chad its been about 5 so we are anxious and excited to be back. We both had to juggle a few classes around trying to add classes which were already full but out schedules are pretty ironed out by now so things are looking good for us. We both only have Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes and we each have one online class. Not too shabby!
I am now an Art Major with an Emphasis in Graphic Design. I am SO excited but also nervous to now be an art major (before my graphic design emphasis was in the communications department when I was at BYU-Idaho). Right now I am taking both Drawing 1 and Water Media 1 (water color painting) which both sound fun but I am not the most talented when it comes to either. You see, I like graphic design because I can apply the same art principles but let the computer do all the hard work. It will still be fun to take these classes and I am grateful that the teachers base my grades on how much I improve rather than how great my work actually is. I'll try to share some of my artwork with you... as long as you promise to be nice about it! haha

This is me at school working on my online class (ok really I'm blogging this right now but I'll get to my online class as soon as I am through with this post) while I'm waiting for Chad to get out of class. I'm enjoying my new fav snack frozen yogurt, only when I say frozen yogurt I mean just that. I get a cup of regular Yoplait yogurt and freeze it... yummy snack!
